Cookie Dough Candy
- Cookie dough refers to a blend of cookie ingredients which has been mixed into a malleable form which has not yet been hardened by heat. The dough is often then separated and the portions baked to individual cookies, or eaten as is.
- sugarcoat: coat with something sweet, such as a hard sugar glaze
- A sweet food made with sugar or syrup combined with fruit, chocolate, or nuts
- Sugar crystallized by repeated boiling and slow evaporation
- (candied) encrusted with sugar or syrup; "candied grapefruit peel"
- a rich sweet made of flavored sugar and often combined with fruit or nuts
Dark Chocolate Dipped Cinnamon Cookie Dough
Mix up cookie dough:
1 1/8 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable margarine, softened
3/8 cup raw sugar
3/8 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup soy milk powder (vanilla-flavored works well)
Warm water as needed
Form balls and place on waxed papered cookie sheet and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
Dip dough into chocolate and return to cookie sheet. Dust with more powdered sugar. Allow to harden.

Cookie Dough Hair Bow
Since it's summer (and beastly hot here in Michigan) Ice cream is a necessity around our house. So I guess that's where I got this inspiration to make Ice Cream theme bows--this one is cookie dough!
